These terms describe using AK STORE to browse gaming products, submit orders, and receive store support. Read the product details and account instructions before ordering.
Accounts and use
Provide accurate contact information and protect your sign-in credentials. Use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to access another customer's orders or receipts, submit false payment evidence, or interfere with the website.
Product details
Check the game or subscription, edition, console, region, duration, and selected account type. Primary, secondary, and other options have different usage requirements. Third-party platform rules also apply. Ask AK STORE about compatibility or unclear restrictions before paying.
AK STORE is an independent storefront. Product names, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply endorsement by a platform or publisher.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order saves your request for review. Confirm availability, the final price, and delivery details with AK STORE before transferring payment. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds unless a listing states otherwise. Use the payment instructions shown by the store and provide accurate payment evidence.
AK STORE verifies payment before processing. Incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or unclear order details need confirmation with you before fulfillment. Do not place sensitive credentials in general order notes or receipt uploads.
Delivery and pre-orders
Delivery depends on the selected product and payment verification. Confirm the expected delivery time before payment. Pre-orders depend on the publisher's release and availability. Release dates and platform services are outside AK STORE's control.
Cancellations, refunds, and problems
Contact AK STORE as soon as possible to request cancellation before processing begins. The store's published rule is no refunds after processing starts. This rule does not remove any rights that applicable consumer law does not allow a seller to exclude.
If a product is not delivered, differs from the agreed order, or does not work as described, contact support with your order number and an explanation so the issue and appropriate remedy can be reviewed. These terms do not promise a particular resolution before the facts are checked.
Availability and third-party services
Website access, sign-in, payments, and gaming services depend on external providers and can experience interruptions. Follow the relevant platform and payment service terms. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
