AK STORE uses account and order information to provide its gaming storefront, sign-in, order tracking, payment verification, and customer support. This notice describes the website at ak-store.akstore26.workers.dev.
Information we receive
- Account information: your email address, name, authentication identifier, and account verification status. When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile information, which can include a profile picture, with our authentication provider, Supabase. Our store uses your name, email, and account identifier to recognize you and connect you to your orders.
- Order information: the products and options you select, quantities, totals, contact name, WhatsApp number, gaming username if supplied, notes, payment method, order status, and delivery notes.
- Game requests: game titles, console and access preferences, optional budget, WhatsApp number, notes, and the store's quotes and replies.
- Payment evidence: screenshots you upload for payment verification. Upload only the details needed to identify your payment. Do not upload passwords, card security codes, or unrelated financial records.
- Preferences and technical information: news preferences, notifications, saved cart data, and information our hosting and authentication providers process to operate and protect the service, such as network and request information.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your store profile, process and track orders, verify payment, answer support requests, and investigate errors or abuse. Optional store news uses your subscription preference. Order updates and account messages support your requested service.
Google sign-in does not give AK STORE your Google password. This website does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts. Google account information is used for account and store features, not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Where information is stored and shared
Supabase provides account authentication. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores customer profiles, orders, notifications, and uploaded receipts. Receipts require an authorized account to view through the store. Authorized store administrators access the information needed to fulfill orders and provide support.
If email delivery is enabled, our configured email provider processes recipient addresses and message content. The website includes Brevo for order emails and support for Resend. Optional news emails require separate setup. Email providers process delivery events and may record message opens and link clicks. Choosing a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where information you send is also handled by WhatsApp. Payment services process payments separately under their own privacy terms. Information can be processed outside your country by these providers.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect the service. We do not sell personal information.
New orders and game requests can trigger an alert to the store owner through Brevo email and, when connected, the WhatsApp Business Platform. Owner emails include relevant order or request details. WhatsApp owner alerts contain a reference and a short summary; receipts and full customer details remain in the authenticated dashboard.
Browser storage
The website uses local storage for your sign-in session, cart, language, saved favourites, recently viewed product IDs, and preferences, and session storage for checkout and game-request drafts and sign-in navigation. Clearing browser storage removes these local copies but does not delete your account or stored orders. Sign out on shared devices.
Retention and deletion
Account and order records remain stored until removed. This website does not currently provide automatic account deletion or a fixed automatic retention period. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained for outstanding orders, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Provider backups and logs can follow separate retention schedules.
You can turn off optional news in your account settings or use an unsubscribe link where provided. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not itself delete existing AK STORE records.
Security and updates
The site uses HTTPS and account-based access checks. No online service guarantees absolute security. We update this notice when our data practices change and show the revision date above.
